Brown and green flag-cloth with separately applied corps insignia. 1.79mtrs x .83mtrs. Manufacturers label on the hoist-rib "Adam & Lane & Neeve Ltd., Falcon Works, London E3". WW1 Trench Art Service-cap made from a German 75mm Shellcase.

British army service cap made from the base of a German 75mm calibre shell-case dated March 1917. The peaked cap has a copper chinstrap made from a driving band and is engraved with "Souvenir of the Great War 1914-19". Coloured postcard, 148mm x 105mm showing Falck in the cockpit of his plane. The unused card is titled on the reverse "Hauptmann Falck, Staffelkapitän einer erfolgreichen Jagdstaffel.". The picture is hand-signed in blue ink "Falck, Oberstleutnant u Kommandeur einer Nachtjagdgeschwader. 19.5.43". Falck was awarded the Ritterkreuz on 1st Oct 1940 after seven aerial victories. Not sure exactly what this is but it seems to be moulded from a grey painted plastic/fibreglass material in one piece.
