BRD / Third Reich : Post-war Manufactured Sheath for a Hitler-Jugend Pattern Knife.
Made in West Germany after the war but modelled on the HJ Fahrtenmesser, knives were exported with a scout badge on the grip in place of the HJ diamond. (many of the scout badges were subsequently replaced with HJ badges). This is a sheath for one of these knives which will make a suitable stand-in for a missing HJ scabbard. Good condition though with some wear to the leather-work. read more

Navy-blue / black cap with gold wire piping to the crown. Two Queen crown EiiR buttons secure the ear-flaps and the badge is complete with the gold bullion wire flaming grenade cap-badge. Inside there is a label with the original owners name. Velvet sweatband.

Bronze 30mm dia medallion given to competitors in the July 1968 rescue competition held in Trier. The medallion features the symbols of the DLRG.

Imperial : German Membership Lapel-badge for an Official of the Kriegshilfs Bureau.
Grey metal pin-back 30mm badge in the shape of an iron cross with the conjoined heads of Austrian Emperor Franz Josef and Kaiser Wilhelm II. with the date '1914' below. The reverse has a horizontal pin-fixing and the inscription "Offiz.Verschleiss des Kriegshilfs Bureaus". On the bottom arm of the cross is the makers initials 'W.R" and "Ges Geschützt".

Imperial : German Non-military Medal for Artistic Roller-skating, 1910. !!!
Not military but a very attractive solid 950 silver medal awarded to Fraulein Richmann for artistic roller-skating on 3.3.1910 in.Swinemünde (Since WW2 this place is now in Poland and re-named Świnoujście).
The obverse bears the town emblem / arms, the town name and the initials 'SUR'.
