Screen printed multi-coloured handkerchief (31cms x 29cms) showing the emblem of the exhibition with the lion & anchor city arms of Düsseldorf, On the black border appear the arms of 24 other German cities. Excellent condition with no damage and all colours bright and clean.

Printed silk hankerchief (33cms x 32cms) showing three Nazi german and three fascist Italian national flags. These were sold to mark / celebrate the 'Pact of Steel' alliance between Germany and Italy signed in May 1939.

High quality red moire silk sash, (1.36mtrs long including fringe x 17cms wide) with separately attached multi-piece white silk disc and black swastika. The wearing of the eagle originates from the Peninsular War when the forerunners of the regiment captured the Eagle of the French 62nd Infantry Regiment of the Line at the 1812 Battle of Salamanca.
