I am led to believe these were an emergency / economy belt produced to ensure that all ranks taking part in the 1953 coronation were suitably attired. Very good condition. On the outer back of the belt is a reversed faint ink impression 'Piper F Redfern'.  read more

Nice black original finish overall with only very minor scuffing. No dents or damage, complete with padded crown, leather liner, draw-string and chin-strap all in excellent condition. This one must date from the late '60s/'70s and is stamped in the nape with the German Standard Number 'DIN 14940 ' and a circular maker's logo.  read more
