Vintage pair of cuff-ring rank-badges with purple underlay for engineering career together with a matched pair of tie-on epaulettes complete with buttons and laces. The set is accompanied by its original titled paper-packet of Moss Bros of Covent Garden. Original sturdy cardboard-box for carrying the civilian respirator, usually worn over the shoulder from a string. Many people bought more fashionable alternative containers for carrying the gasmask and these boxes were discarded.

Italy : Commemorative Medal for Military Operations in East Africa (Medaglia Commemorativa delle Operazioni Militari in Africa Orientale).

Bronze medal complete with ribbon.
This award was established in 1936 by the Kingdom of Italy for personnel who took part in Mussolini's military operations in East Africa in 1935 and 1936 which were the Second Italo-Ethiopian War.
