Third Reich : NS Deutscher Marinebund (NSDMB) Members Eagle & Swastika Stick-pin Lapel-badge.

German Marine / Naval Association gilt national eagle & swastika (24mm wingspan) with crossed swords, anchor and Iron Cross superimposed on its breast. The reverse is stamped 'Ges.gesch.' and has a knurled stick-pin fixing. All gilt is present and the black of the Iron Cross is intact. Worn from 1938 - 1945.

BRD : German WW2 Battleship "Tirpitz" Survivors & Associated Members Stick-pin Lapel-badge.

Gilt and enamel ship's shield lapel stick-pin as worn by survivors and associated individuals.. The reverse is plain with a long knurled stick-pin.
Schlachtschiff Tirpitz was commissioned in 1941 and ultimately sunk by RAF Lancaster bombers in a Norwegian Fjord on 12th November 1944.

A lovely near mint male membership stick-pin of the RAD (National Labour Service}.. Silver and completely undamaged enamel larger size version (22mm wide) of this membership badge. Three photos measuring 21.5cms x 16.5cms showing different views of the aircraft carrier.. The reverses carry various stamps including censor's stamp and are dated 1958.
HMS Victorious was launched on the Tyne in 1939 and had a very active WW2 career contributing, among many other actions, to the sinking of the Bismarck. She was eventually scrapped in 1969.
