Round silver medal, 29.5mm dia complete with original silk ribbon and rosette with hook & eye fixing on the reverse. This is together with a miniature stickpin ribbon-bow all in original blue-lined black hinged presentation-case. Excellent condition.  read more

Royal Navy Ship's Cap-tally "HMS Tartar".

Full-length ribbon with gold wire woven ship's name which has some very minor age-discolouration / tarnish to some of the lettering otherwise excellent condition..
Originally HMS Tartar was a WW2 Tribal Class destroyer.. The name was subsequently passed on to a Tribal Class Frigate (F133) in the 1960s.and decommissioned in 1984 when it was sold to Indonesia.  read more

Imperial : Two German WW1-era Brooch / pins.

a) Pressed silvered-brass pin-back brooch of an officer's Pickelhaube pierced by a sabre. The sabre is removable.
b) Brass miniature sword which could be a hat-pin, cocktail-stick or tie-pin. Overall length 60mm. The hilt has a piece of ribbon in the German colours tied to the hilt.

Large gilt-bronze pin-back anchor (42mm high) with a superimposed enamelled Imperial Reichskriegsflagge. No makers marks. Excellent condition apart from a minor hairline crack in the enamel at the bottom right of the flag.  read more
