Cast aluminium buckle introduced in 1943 for the SA-Wehrmannschaften or Home-guard. The reverse is stamped 'RZM M 4/ 22' indicating manufacture by the only producer of these buckles, C.T.Dicke of Lüdenscheid. A scarce buckle in excellent condition. read more

BRD : Post-war Schülerlotsendienst Verkehrswacht Belt-buckle.
Aluminium pebbled buckle with central insert fixed with four tabs. The lettering and cross are highlighted in green. These buckles have often been identified in reference works as being wartime. They are however for the School Traffic Safety Patrols (Schülerlotsendienst Verkehrswacht) which were an independent post-war organization not connected to the Red Cross.

Nice original German Imperial Prussian enlisted ranks' field-grey cloth "Krätzchen" with bright red cap-band and piping around the crown.
