Very nice matched pair of dress epaulettes (c1880) for an army Hauptmann (Captain) of a Feuerwerke unit. Black velvet top with a brass 'F' and two brass pips with a brass crescent surround indicating the rank of Hauptmann. Third Reich : NSDAP Political Leaders Lagermütze as worn on Courses at Ordensburgen, etc.

Field-brown wool field-cap with turn-up flap bearing a BEVo-woven silver-wire national-emblem on a light-brown triangle on the left-hand side (the eagle facing to its right, ie. to the front of the cap). A silver political eagle & swastika button is on the front. The brown lining has an immaculate RZM label stitched inside.

Vintage curved silvered-brass helmet-plate to fit the brass fire helmet as worn by firemen in Monchy le Preux, a small village near Arras in the Pas de Calais. Nice condition but missing its central fixing stud on the reverse.  read more

Plain yellow wool armband, khaki lined with adjustable press-stud fitting. Faint WD broad arrow stamp on the reverse. Press-studs stamped 'Newey Brothers Ltd, B'ham'. Not sure what this is for but it came from the stock found in a long-forgotten QM stores.  read more
