Third Reich : Wehrmacht M40 Camouflaged Steel Helmet complete with "bread-bag" strap.

Helmet is painted with a heavy coat of sand / yellow camouflage paint possibly for use in N.Africa. The helmet still has its original khaki webbing 'bread-bag' strap in place for securing camouflage. Bundesrepublik : Polizei Heavy-duty Combat-style 'Y' Straps (Belt Support Straps).

These straps closely resemble Wehrmacht leather 'Y' straps but I consider them to be early post-war. They are complete with all grey-alloy fittings including spring-clip hooks on the front straps each of which has a D-ring belt loop attached. Italy : WW2 Collar Badges of the Fascist GNR (Guardia Nazionale Republicana).

Zinc-alloy Republica Sociale Italiana (RSI) badges as worn on the collars by members of the fascist Guardia Nazionale Republicana (GNR) from 1943-45. Two are the stylised 'M's for Mussolini, only one of which retains its original screw-post fixing. The third badge is a wreathed sword bearing the word 'Italia'. This has two fixing prongs on the reverse. No makers marks. Scarce insignia.
