Police Constable's Night-helmet Black Painted Silver-alloyTop Rosette.

Lightweight stamped silver rosette, approx. 70mm diameter, which has been painted black for wear on the top of a police constable's night helmet. There are five ventilation holes in the rosette which has three fixing lugs on the underside to enable it to be attached to the crown of the helmet..
