1914 Metropolitan Special Constabulary Long-service Medallion.

Bronze medal, 32mm dia suspended from a decorative floriated pin-back clasp. The reverse of the medallion is plain whilst the reverse of the clasp is stamped with the makers mark 'J.R.Gaunt London'..
This medal was instituted in May 1917 for members of the Special Constabulary who had completed not less than 150 duties and served for at least two years during the Great War.  read more

Approx.A5 size double-sided leaflet printed both sides in a quasi-official Nazi format entitled "Politische Volksdienst der Reichsleitung der NSDAP" (Political Public Service of the National Leadership of the NSDAP) giving a cynical view on the achievements and the self-interest priorities of the Nazi leadership. Slight nick in one edge otherwise very good condition. Scarce.  read more
