The half-disc no doubt indicates a casualty so the weathered appearance means it could have been on a grave marker. read more

Very scarce two-part lead soldier consisting of the black-uniformed helmeted SS-Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler soldier (65mm high) with separate 'Deutschland Erwache' standard which slips into his hands. The base is stamped 'K&C' for King & Country. Mint condition apart from some minimal paintwear on the shaft of the standard where it slips into place. Royal Artillery Unit Pennant (King's crown) - 669 Regiment.
Unique regimental pennant for 669 Rgt, RA. It is 1.17 mtrs long complete with rope halyard and toggle. Printed flag-cloth with white numbers individually stitched on, all in first-class condition.
The Royal Artillery did not carry colours, their guns were their battle honours. Battery and regimental pennants were however used to identify individual units.
