Royal Welch Fusiliers Grouping of Eleven Badges, One TRF & Three Buttons.

Originally formed in 1689 and became a fusilier regiment in 1702, the regiment initially used 'Welch' in the title, later changed to 'Welsh' then back again ! The group consists of
a) WW1 all brass 'Welsh' cap-badge with slider fixing.
b) 1920 bi-metal 'Welch' cap-badge with slider fixing.
c) Later bi-metal 'Welsh' bi-metal cap-badge with slider fixing.
d) Staybrite two-tone 'Welch' cap-badge with lugs & split-pin fixing and bracket for the white regimental plume.
e) Single 'RWF' brass shoulder-title with backplate.
f) Pair of brass flaming grenade collar-badges with lug & split-pin fixings.
g) Two pairs of Staybrite flaming grenade collar-badges, one pair with backplates.
h) Scarce early TRF in black on DPM material with merrowed edge.
i) Three brass regimental buttons, two at 26mm dia,, one at 19mm dia.
All in excellent condition.
