Unfinished cap wreath insignia in gold coloured celleon embroidery on navy-blue. Being in gold on navy-blue it can be assumed that this was intended for naval / marine use. This would be fitted with a metal national cockade. Crude worn finish on the reverse. Obtained in the Cannel Islands. Two available, price each.
