A group of fourteen plastic city arms badges sold by the Winterhilfswerk (WHW) organisation to raise funds for winter relief work. Yellow, red or white plastic showing the arms of :Innsbruck / Strassburg / Eger / Memel / Posen / Brunn / St.Vith / Luxemburg / Salzburg / Graz / Saarbrücken / Prag / Malmedy / Eupen.
The reverse of each badge is flat and plain, All are in excellent condition.
