USSR : Soviet Russian Navy Cap-badge.

Gilt anodised-aluminium wreath surrounding a central cockade with a separately attached fouled anchor in the centre. Above the wreath is a red enamel star bearing a hammer & sickle emblem with a makers logo on the reverse. This pattern badge was in use from 1964 until 1991. The reverse has two fixing prongs.
