Imperial : German Veterans Association Badge for Veterans of the 28th Infantry Regiment.

Pressed tin cross with black painted arms and a painted circular area in the centre bearing ''28' surrounded by 'Verein Ehemaliger 28er'.
The cross is suspended from a standard 'Deutsche Krieger Bund' pin-back badge with red, white & Black ribbons. The pin on the reverse is secured by a plate bearing the makers name 'Paul Kust, Berlin C19' plus 'Gesetzlich Geschutzt'.
Very good condition with only slight wear to the black painted arms.
