Memorial card commemorating 18 year-old Gebirgsjäger Benedikt Häfele who fell on 20th July 1943 in Krassny-Lutsch in the Donetz region of Ukraine.on the eastern Front. This would have been during the german withdrawal following the Battle of Kursk. He was born in Gottenau in 1924. The reverse shows a stock standard representation of his grave
