Machine-woven in dark-blue on buff as introduced in 1948 for the following army ranks :
a) First Sergeant
b) Sergeant 1st Class
c) Sergeant
d) Corporal
e) Private 1st Class
All have been worn and carefully removed from uniforms and remain in very good condition.
