Royal Navy "HMS Neptune" Ratings Cap-tally.

Royal Navy rayon cap-tally 3cms wide x 96cms long with "H.M.S. Neptune" machine-woven in gold thread. This tally was worn by sailors attached to the RN shore-base at Faslane, Scotland. There were of course previous warships of this name who would have worn a similar tally. Excellent condition.
