WW1 Pair of "M.G.C." Machine Gun Corps Brass Shoulder-titles plus Set of General Service Buttons.

These items were worn by 58570 Private Henry Moffatt, MGC who's medals are listed as Item 54362. Original brass titles with hexagonal lugs on the reverse with split-pin fixings and back-plates. Accompanying the titles are five large and six small brass King's crown tunic buttons.
All the brass is clean and has never been polished (for a very long time) Excellent condition.  read more

British 1914 silver War Medal and Victory Medal (Mutt & Jeff) named to "58570 Pte. H. Moffatt, M.G.C." Henry Moffatt's Medal Index Card confirms his entitlement to the pair only. The Medals have never been worn nor mounted and retain good lengths of their original ribbons. Good very fine condition.

Royal Regiment of Scotland OR's Dress-belt Buckle.

Brass rectangular plate, 9cms x 6.5cms bearing the separately applied regimental badge rivetted into place. The reverse shows six rivets plus belt hook and belt attachment on one side. The makers mark 'Firmin' is stamped in the corner. Has been worn in service but is in very good condition.  read more

Six 25mm buttons and two 19mm buttons, each chrome-plated and bearing a crowned EiiR monogram. None of the buttons have makers details on the reverse except for one of the smaller buttons which is stamped 'Firmin London'. Very good condition.  read more
