Named to "George M. Short''.of Durham Constabulary. Bronze pre-1948 first-issue medal with George VI coinage head with original ribbon in its named cardboard box. His middle name is noted on the box as Musgrave. The medal is accompanied by a large locket / pendant containing photos of who I assume is the recipient and his wife. Excellent condition......
