Czechoslovakia : VZ58 Knife Bayonet with Scabbard.

Cold War era Czech bayonet for the VZ58 Rifle. 17cm single-edged fullered blade with resin-bonded composite grip secured with two rivets. Overall length 28cms. Earlier short-tanged model with no cross-piece extension. Working rifle attachment stud. The blade ricasso is stamped on one side with '11' and on the other 'K 6635'. Minimal wear to the blued metal finish. Brown leather partially riveted scabbard with securing strap. There is wear to the stitching and the bottom of the scabbard appears to have been re-stitched at sometime. A nice little bayonet in overall very good condition.
