Head & shoulders portrait photo of an Arbeitsmann wearing the new rank-insignia introduced in 1942. The reverse has a photgrapher's stamp showing the photo was taken in Posen. The bottom border is also lightly embossed with the photographer's logo. (Posen was in Arbeitsgau III in the Wartheland).
