Postcard issued to mark the second Winter Relief Work (WHW) of the war, being franked on the "Day of Stamps" in Bromberg on the 12th January 1941. The card was posted to someone living on Adolf Hitler Strasse in Bromberg. The reverse is blank. Very good condition.
