Issued in the town of Moers near Duisburg, this small card was valid between 1.2.1944 and 30.9.1944 and entitled a person to a rationed amount of shoe-polish (Schuhcreme). The card is printed in black on buff paper and measures 11cm x 7cm and has been issued. Good condition.
