Excellent mounted photograph showing the 55-man strong MG section of the 13th (Service) Battalion with their Lewis Guns. Photo is on titled & crested cardboard mount measuring 38cm x 28cm. Excellent untouched condition having been preserved in its original Gale & Polden Ltd card envelope bearing details of the photographers Gale & Polden Ltd of Aldershot..
The photo was probably taken at Woking prior to the battalion moving to France on 6th June 1916.
